The Rossendale head office is where J700 Group was founded and remains the company's primary operational base. Businesses across Lancashire — from Blackburn and Burnley to the Ribble Valley — are supported from this office alongside clients further afield in Greater Manchester and the wider North West. J700 Group provides remote support through its UK-based helpdesk, with onsite support coordinated from the Rossendale office for Lancashire-based clients and scheduled as required. Optional 24/7 human support is available as an additional chargeable service; standard office hours are 08:30–18:00 Monday to Friday. The office is open to existing and prospective clients for meetings during published office hours by arrangement.
